Hagen Leather Bagpipe Seasoning
Honey-based seasoning with tea tree oil and other leather conditioners. This seasoning makes the leather more supple, absorbs moisture and repels insects. Contains no yucky or weird ingredients. No refrigeration necessary; it will not rot. When used with Hagen Leather pipe bags, use half the bottle first. Work into the leather to make it supple, inflate and leave inflated overnight. The bag will absorb most of the seasoning, but drain the bag for at least an hour. Clean stocks before playing to prevent slippage. After a few days, cork the stocks and test airtightness. If the bag isn't as airtight or as supple as you would like, repeat the process with the second half of the seasoning.
